New Giving Platform
We have recently transitioned to a new giving platform. Here are the specific reasons why are making this Change:
- A savings of $3,500 in annual software fees
- Reduced processing fees for Highpoint
- A simple online giving experience on all devices
- The capability to give via text message (once initialized)

Canceling Old & Setting Up A New Recurring Gift
If you have a scheduled recurring gift set up with Pushpay, you will have to login and cancel your old gift in push pay and then schedule your new recurring gift on the online giving platform by July 31st. Here are the steps to complete that process.
1. Click “PushPay” in the old recurring giving section
2. Click “Your Account” in the upper right corner
3. Click “Manage Account”
4. Sign in via Email or Phone Number and Password
5. Click Edit under the recurring payments section of your dashboard, on the right hand side.
7. Click cancel
Once completed You should see the message “Success – You have successfully cancelled this payment schedule. No future payment will occur.”
To set up your NEW recurring giving, please follow the steps below:
1. Click on the NEW giving site link
2. Create a login
3. Enter your recurring giving amount
4. Click Give Recurring
5. Select how often you’d like it to repeat
6. Select Tithes & Offerings
7. Enter your credit card or link your bank account for ACH giving.
8. Finish filling out your information (Name, email, and address)
9. Click make (amount) donation
